Unlike many non-alcoholic drinks, NOOH by La Coste is 100% wine. It is dealcoholized using a low temperature evaporation process (between 35° and 40°)
Nooh by La Coste is made in France. It is made from the organic vintage, Rosé d'une Nuit, an organic wine from Provence, vinified at Château La Coste, a wine estate labeled Organic Agriculture and certified in Biodynamics.
The teams (sommeliers and oenologists) worked for more than 3 years on the development of the product, they tested several methods before arriving at this result.
Nooh by la Coste has a residual sugar level of less than 3.5g per 100ml, making it a very low sugar drink.
