The origin of the product
A French and Provençal product
To bring all the taste qualities to the NOOH by La Coste brand, the estate drew on its winemaking expertise, supplemented by three years of research.
To obtain these alcohol-free drinks, NOOH by La Coste, the alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, that is to say a gentle evaporation (between 35-40°C maximum), so as not to alter the wine and to preserve all its aromas.
Taste, flavors
The tasting
NOOH By La Coste Blanc is revealed in a pale yellow color with silver highlights.
Fresh and tangy nose of white fruit. Lively and pleasant attack on the palate, very refreshing.
With its beautiful salmon color , NOOH by La Coste Rosé intoxicates us with aromas combining citrus fruits and red fruits.
On the palate, it is a beautiful and incredible roundness, pleasantly fruity and delicious.
A timeless product
We like to taste it summer and winter
Our teams worked around the idea of sharing and conviviality. We wanted to create a brand that everyone would want. The initial idea was to include: a drink to share with friends during a summer evening or with family during the holidays.
At the same time, we have thought of a recipe that adapts to all seasons and all weathers:

- in summer by the pool
- in the fall during a country picnic
- in winter by the fire
